Christmas Loyalty Offer

1. This offer is available exclusively to guests who booked and stayed on a Christmas package in December 2025.
2. Guests will receive £250 off their Christmas 2026 stay when they make a qualifying booking by 23:59 on 28 February 2026.
3. The offer applies to Christmas stays taking place between 24–26 December 2026, with a minimum stay of two nights required.
4. No promo code is required at the time of booking. Guests must book their Christmas 2026 stay at the prevailing advertised rate.
5. To redeem the £250 discount, guests must email bookings@safari-lodges.co.uk after completing their booking, quoting their 2026 booking reference. The £250 will be processed as a refund back to the original payment method once eligibility is confirmed.
6. The £250 refund will be applied after the booking has been confirmed and is subject to verification of the guest’s 2025 Christmas stay.
7. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions or discounts.
8. The offer is subject to availability and standard booking terms and cancellation policies apply.
9. If a qualifying booking is cancelled or amended to a non-Christmas stay, the £250 refund will no longer apply and any refunded amount may be reclaimed.
10. The offer has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
11. West Midlands Safari Park / Safari Lodges reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.

Safari Lodge Prosecco Offer

• Offer applies to new Safari Lodge bookings only, made between 26th December 2025 and 4th January 2026.
• Stay dates must be between 1st January 2026 and 31st March 2026.
• Eligible bookings will receive one complimentary bottle of Prosecco per lodge, to be placed in the lodge on arrival.
• The complimentary Prosecco has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other item.
• Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
• Standard Safari Lodge booking terms and cancellation policies apply.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount, unless otherwise stated.
• Guests must be 18 years or over to consume alcohol.
• Safari Lodges reserves the right to substitute the Prosecco with a similar alternative if unavailable.

Black Friday Offer 2025

• Discounts relating to the Black Friday offer are available from 10am Monday 17th November 2025 to midday on Monday 1st December 2025.
• 20% off will be available on the Wild Keeper Retreat Packages (Big Cat and Giraffe Experience) when booked for a stay in January 2026 and February 2026 only.
• The offer is exclusive to the stated dates. We cannot back-date any discounts to purchases made prior to this period, and cannot extend the offer beyond 1st December 2025, under any circumstances.
• The Black Friday discount cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
• Discounts are available online-only and do not apply to items purchased on site, at the Safari Park, nor over the phone.
